Media Partners Worldwide (MPW), founded in 1997, by Natalie Hale a manager and radio sales veteran, who with the help of great stations and contacts, developed successful campaigns for Direct Response clients. She used that knowledge to her advantage in forming one of the first Direct Response-remnant radio companies in the U.S.
Now over 25 years later, MPW is proud to have developed thousands of successful media campaigns. While the core has always been radio, we continually evolve, creating successful multichannel DR/Direct Response campaigns which integrate Digital, TV, out of home, event marketing and print. MPW continues to grow ahead of the curve and create better ways to measure attribution, deliver results and provide the best value to Direct Response clients and brands. NATALIE HALE
Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and CEO, Natalie has spent her entire career in advertising.
Prior to founding Media Partners Worldwide 25 years ago, Natalie worked for 14 years in radio sales and management at KFWB and KSRF radio stations.
She has also held management positions at ad agencies including Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide and TBWA/Chiat/Day where she developed highly executed strategical campaigns and created direct response content for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
As CEO, Natalie’s goal is to provide excellent client service and create the most cost-effective campaigns that generate action.
She prides herself and her team in obtaining the lowest possible media rates along with the best ROI.
When not in the office, Natalie enjoys spending time with her daughter, working out, practicing meditation and yoga.
As the Director of Client Services for Media Partners Worldwide, Jose has a deep understanding of the complex and fragmented media landscape and is an expert on bringing together cohesive media programs and strategies that drive results for clients.
In his highly strategic role, he is responsible for leading client services on several key linear and digital streaming accounts and supporting the overall client services operation.
Prior to joining Media Partners, Jose spent time as a Sales Account Executive for Cumulus Media, the third largest owner and operator of AM and FM radio stations in the United States, and as a Marketing Director for a worldwide media agency.
Jose currently resides outside of Los Angeles with his three four-legged pals: Ruby, Caico, and Milla. When he’s not obtaining the best experience for our clients, Jose can be found playing sand, grass, or indoor volleyball.
As the Vice President of Business Development and a true sports enthusiast, Art brings his full game to the table at Media Partners Worldwide.
With over 20 years’ experience in the advertising arena, Art is an expert in building client relationships, and focuses to educate clients on the benefits of each advertising medium, while strategically leveraging Media Partners Worldwide full funnel approach to exceed client expectations.
On the sidelines, in addition to enjoying sports, Art enjoys working out, listening to music, and spending time with his wife and big ragdoll rascal of a cat “Gus.”

We started Media Partners Worldwide out of the garage with a small team of radio veterans. Our goal was to help launch new and existing brands to the next level, using “unused inventory” on radio and broadcast.
